Ken Shamrock the godfather and legendary icon of MMA. Ken as done it all from King of Pancrase, Pride, UFC Hall of famer, and WWE. Ken is responsible for us enjoying the sport as it is today. What a pleasure it was to discuss Ken’s childhood, his early career, cutting weight for his fight with Tito Ortiz, his incredible work with Lion’s Den Ministries, and his upcoming Bare Knuckle Boxing match with James Quinn. Ken is one class act, a hell of a guy, one bad ass dude and it was a blessing for us to spend some time talking to him. Ken is a real life tribute to what you can achieve, if you work hard and never say never.
