Having just landed in Harrisburg Pennsylvania’s airport singer, songwriter, performer, and founding member of the hugely successful band Candlebox, Kevin Martin is on the phone with myself(Dick Darin) and Stew from Str8hustlin.com. Who doesn’t start singing everytime you hear the hit songs “You”, “Far Behind”, “Cover Me” or “Change” I know that I wore out a few Candlebox cd’s back in the day and even had the privileged to see them perform live. Kevin discusses what it was like getting their first record deal with Maverick records, playing Woodstock 94, touring with Henry Rollins, the new Candlebox album with a released date of March 11th 2016 on independent label Pavement Entertainment, their 2016 tour including a stop at Lollapalooza Chile.
