Mark became Wes’s Sensei and now lifetime friend. Wes trained with Team Hammer House which contained some of the most well known fighters such as Mark Coleman, Phil Baroni, and Kevin Randleman. We discuss Frank Mir, Tim Sylvia and Wes’s current passion to continue fighting. The one thing Wes is focusing on now is Mark Coleman’s current heath battle with medical issues.
